The Dark Jelly S Edition è una Custom Rom basata sull'Unofficial CM10.1 .

L'installazione avviene tramite Aroma che ci guida attraverso le varie opzioni.

Non è necessario usare Fastboot o HTC-Dumlock o Flash Image Gui per installare la Dark Jelly S Edition.

Esiste inoltre Ota Updater per una più facile operazione di aggiornamento della Rom.

Theme:

The theme can`t be choosen, (This theme was improperly compiled….):
(may possibly occur)

- Apply System Theme
- System-Settings -> Apps -> Tab “all” -> Theme Provider -> delete data
- reboot

Missing assets:

- ignore the error message
- klick apply anyway

Camera:

Camera "is working",

- Panorama-Photos won't be saved
- videos won't be played on the device,
(I didn`t tested it on the PC at all)

Theme Chooser Themes:

If you want to use annother Theme, don`t choose at:
System settings -> System -> Status bar -> Battery status style:

- Circle (AlphaBlue Theme)
- Circle (AOKP)
- Circle (HoneyComb)

These styles doesn`t support other Themes, (they will stay unthemed).

Installazione:

- Scaricare il file della Rom e salvarlo nel sd del telefono.
- Andare in recovery
- Flash dello zip della rom
- Nel menu di Aroma installer scegliere "install rom"
- Scegliere le opzioni desiderate ( quali app mettere o meno durante l'installazione )
- Scegliere full wipe
- Riavviare il sistema

Nota: le gapps sono già contenute nella rom

Non c'è bisogno di flashare la boot.img ( non ho potuto verificare personalmente questa opzione perchè ho Hboot 1.06, ma su Xda confermano sia così )

Attenzione che queste ultime versioni su base CyanogenMode hanno problemi con la fotocamera.

Su Xda indicano di copiarsi il file /system/lib/libDxOAF.so da una rom su base CM 10(.1) in modo da poterlo ripristinare ( con tutti i permessi di root rw, r, r, 0644 ) una volta installata la nuova rom.

La sto provando da quasi una settimana ed è molto stabile e veloce.

Arrivo dalla BAKED 7 anch'essa basata culla CM 10.1 quindi sono rom molto simili, entrambe temate scure, come piace a me.

Ho apprezzato in questa Dark Jelly S il fatto di poter scegliere quale radio utilizzare ( quella europea nel mio caso ) e non so se abbia influito o meno ma mi sembra che il segnale sia più stabile. Nella Baked ogni tanto si perdeva e dovevo passare dalla modalità aereo per ripristinare la connessione.

Sulla batteria, come sempre, sono decisamente poco attendibile perchè tengo molto il cellulare sotto carica per cui non riesco a rendermi conto dell'efficacia della rom in termini di autonomia.

Se servono screenshot chiedete che aggiungo.

Il problema delle gapps invertite è che non capisco mai quali siano quelle giuste.

Vado sempre a tentativi: provo le inverted, poi le JustunBean che per esempio nell'ultima versione mi danno problemi con i contatti.

Comunque adesso cerco il link e lo inserisco.

Ottimo! e il wifi come ti va?? A me la dark jell CM10 (ma anche altre rom CM10) mi dava problemi da questo punto di vista....
